My name is Todor, and this project is deeply personal to me.
I lost my father to prostate cancer just before I turned 18. At first, we thought something was wrong with his leg—he was limping. Before that, the only signs were frequent bathroom visits. Slowly, he lost weight, his appetite faded, and I watched him disappear in front of my eyes.
By the time the real cause was discovered, it was already too late. There was no cure at that stage. He passed away at just 55 years old.
For years, I carried the pain—and the question: Could we have done more? Could we have known earlier?
That’s why I created manshealth.blog — a space for men to take their health seriously, to stay informed, and to act before it’s too late. From prostate health to fitness, relationships, mental resilience, and financial strength — this blog is for every man who wants to take back control of his life.
This isn’t just a blog. It’s a mission.
For my father.
For myself.
For every man out there who still has time.
